As for tips... Why not try something outside of your wheelhouse? I'm primarily an adventurer back home, a traveling healer. I also find similar tasks to be a bit mundane after having done it for so long. Picking up a new discipline or trade could be a good way to keep yourself challenged and entertained?

Failing that, there is an adventurers' guild that offers a variety of odd jobs, if you'd like to make a bit of coin while you alleviate your boredom.
