It has been brought to my attention that some among us are concerned that the dead and undead may be a grave threat to those who reside in this city. [ He's a brat so he sure did link that article. ] Since that is the case, I thought I would propose a truly terrifying event that will strike fear in the hearts of all who live here.

[ INSERT DRAMATIC PAUSE HERE ]

A potluck.

For those of you unfamiliar with the custom, it involves bringing your own favorite dish to a gathering and everyone sampling the food provided.

If you are dead, undead, or of supernatural origins, and would be interested in such a thing, let me know, and I'll be more than happy to organize it.

A party is not an escalation. [ Even an idiot could acknowledge that much. ] I've no need to vet or trust every single one. If someone is disruptive, we'll have pre-planned measures to evict them from the building.

Some of them I already know; others I do not. Either way, I'm not overly concerned.

Like my kind... we've had to move to safe places to avoid humans. [ And maybe she's a little scared. ] Some of the people I've traveled with have been killed or captured.
