[ It is time again for Samatoki to grace everyone's feeds with his stupid face. This post, however, does not start with it right away! In fact, it starts off with music, a chill guitar beat that goes on for a few bars. The video that goes along with it shows various roads and streets and other stock photos and videos of the city of Yokohama. Eventually, the rapping starts— Samatoki's voice cool and calm—until the chorus where Jyuto and Riou join him.

When the song "ends", the video shifts to Samatoki's face being way too close to the camera. He's still adjusting it! Once he's got that done, he moves to sit back on the couch where Jyuto and Riou are seated. ]

Yo, Lunatia. This is Mad Trigger Crew, representin' Yokohama. We ain't just a group of rappers; with our Hypnosis Mics, we fight for our lives and for territory.

The name's Mr.Hardcore, Samatoki Aohitsugi, [ Then he elbows Jyuto to introduce himself. Go on, bunny cop!! Jyuto doesn’t outwardly react to physical contact and only instead takes his cue to politely smile at the camera. He elegantly lifts a hand. ]

[ Riou, who has been staying quiet in the background, simply says this. He’s not really the talkative type unless you get him drunk or it’s about something he’s enthusiastic about. ]

Jyuto and I met during one of his cases. Samatoki invaded my campsite without announcing himself and was caught in a trap.

[ It's still something Samatoki will answer, though. It's embarrassing, but he's not against telling his comrades that he respects them. ]

Riou's brave an' loyal. Jyuto's... [ A lengthy, awkward pause. ] smart.

[menphina]

Just answer it, Mr. Hard.

[ And when he does, she beams, wiggling her ears at him. ]

Did you three get along when you first met, though?

[coasts]

Mr.Hard? You makin' it sound like I'm some kinda pervert.

An' no, not really. I tried to duke it out with Riou, 'cause he was bein' an ass.

[ Sorry, bro. ]

Diamonds are hard too, and they're precious.

Isn't Riou the nice one out of you lot? What was he being an arse over?

Riou is supportive and sturdy in every sense of the word. He's also insightful and responsible, cool-headed and initiative in times of emergency, and trustworthy. I'm very grateful to have found such a brilliant man as MAD TRIGGER CREW's final team member. I couldn't have selected better.

[ What follows is personal to Jyuto and he has to make a conscious decision to disclose it to Megumi: ]

Samatoki, on the other hand, saved my life when I'd pretty much damned myself in a nearly failed drug bust back in our home world. He's more resilient than anyone else, and because of that, I've always gravitated to him despite our societal roles being on opposite sides of the fence. He's a man beyond labels, and if I were to find myself in danger again, he or even Riou would surely—...

[ ... Rescue me? Avenge me?
Ah. He's said too much too soon. Crystallized and strange, his heart is flooded with a blanketed sense of guilt and loneliness. ]

[ This is so sincere, that she can't even imagine teasing him about it. But she does appreciate hearing it. ]

Sounds like Mr. Hard and Riou are two friends someone shouldn't be without. You've got yourself some good support there, Jyuto.

[ She wiggles her ears enthusiastically- though she is keeping his expressions noted, having observed him when he was working with them and, well, now. Even if she isn't intimately close to Jyuto, she does pay attention. It's not something she'll bring up now, though. ]

Have you three gotten into trouble together, then?

More than enough. Though I'm also always the one to get us out of it.

They tend to get into more trouble when they're alone and I'm not there to help make decisions for them. I was told they got into quite a bit of trouble when I hadn't arrived here, yet.
