More or less, yes. We had something called a crime coefficient. It's a numerical measure of said person's probability/propensity to commit a crime.

The system calculates and determines someone's stress level -- we call it a hue -- and other biological readings via cymatic scan. The clearer your hue, the lower your coefficient.
