You know, I've had red bean ice cream, but I've never actually tried to make a red bean gelato...

It sounds like it would be so good though, a nice rich sweet flavour. I don't know if they grow red beans here or not, but it would be worth checking out--and if not, I could probably acquire the seeds to start growing them myself.

I'm sure Japan would really appreciate having something like that on hand too, he makes so many great things with them afterall!
