You know...when you think about it, it really ought to be possible to do something like that, right? I mean if it's treated as currency and everything...

Hey, maybe you could start up a charity or something! You know, go around doing good deeds for people! I guess that wouldn't help for the chroma they needed to survive and everything, but I'm sure there's plenty of other stuff you could do.

Like, I know there's a lot of "hidden" costs at the cafe that I run — there's upkeep, and supplies, and stuff to take care of the cats, and making sure they're healthy and that they have their shots and stuff. The customers don't see all that because it happens behind the scenes, but the business still has to pay for it. I bet a lot of businesses are like that, too. Maybe that's a way you could help!

If you're talking about the currency, which I guess you are since you mentioned Demichroma, I just gave someone a bit of Chroma last week since they were new and didn't have any funds. The app should let you transfer it pretty easily, especially if you're close by to someone else.

You can't think of anything else to do with those funds, though? I mean, starting a charity isn't a half bad idea, though I think the people most in need of it are all locked up right now, and I doubt the Moon Knights will just let you transfer funds to them. Pisses me off.

Well...maybe you could do a test run, and start small? Like only take requests below a certain value, so it's nothing big or extravagant to start with.

Then give people a way to make their requests anonymously, and ask them for all the information it'd take to help. So, like...

Okay, say for example it's me and my cafe. It'd be a big help if someone donated cat food for a couple of months! And let's assume that two months of cat food would be below whatever value limit you set.

So, somebody who wanted to help Beans! could send you an anonymous request and say, "this is for Beans! Cat Cafe, here's their address, here's what they need, and here's how much it should cost, or so". Then, you sort through the requests, pick however many you want, and then fulfill them! Kind of like a fairy godmother, or a genie granting wishes!

Not that I've ever been all that concerned about doing things the easy way, but I'm not sure how to keep them from 'not knowing.'

Oh, no, sorry! I meant people could make requests anonymously to you. You know, in case people felt self-conscious about asking for help or didn't want to seem greedy or something. Sometimes that's hard, you know? Or they just wanted to do something nice without having their name attached. People are like that, too.

it's not like they can watch EVERYONE

Yeah! He volunteers with us sometimes. I mean, never really on a set schedule or anything, and never early in the morning, but the cats all love him. One time he just laid down facedown in the back and let them climb all over him, it was really cute.

Doesn't mean I can just turn a blind eye. I've been locked up before, and seen my fair share of injustice.

My partner is here with me. He's a pretty straight arrow, though, I don't know if he'd approve of the less savory methods of getting things done. But he knows I don't like the Moon Knights or their way of dealing with their undesirables.

I'm not saying the acts themselves would be wrong, but without the support of the Moon Knights, I can't get to where I need to be or do what I need to do. I can't help people marked as 'criminals' without going against them in some way.

Galo's the kind of person that can be easily mislead into doing the wrong thing if someone abuses his trust. I couldn't do that to him in a million years. I still want to kill the last person that did.
