In my experience, Heaven gives a damn because it's a bureaucracy run by a toddler apprehensive of disappointing his father. Far from infinite and certainly not infallible. I stole something from them, once; their security leaves something to be desired, though their hunters are the boogeymen that plague most demons' nightmares.
