Hm. From my understanding, which comes from conversation with some of the other Moonblessed, the traits experienced by the cycles of the moons are not constant or consistent. If you share the same cycle with another person, both of you will have remotely similar traits. You might check with others who react under the same moon and see if you can form a rapport with them.

I can't say much beyond that. After my last month of moon traits, I wondered if it would just be best to stay in my residence until the cycle passed. That's probably not the 'right' way to handle that.
