[She has questions. Many questions. But more than anything she's very concerned about Jaune right now.

Also regardless of what answer she gets back she is coming over to find him right now holy shit.]

[It's a simple reply, but he really does appreciate Yang's concern. Whenever she knocks on the door he'll come and answer. He looks as good as one might expect given the circumstances. Eyes red and looking pretty demoralized.

It wasn't as bad as if Ren was dead for good, but he's still not feeling great.]

[ This isn't the kind of work she does for the Moon Knights, so hearing the news is very shocking. Weiss isn't even sure where to begin processing this. ]

[Once he opens the door, it only takes her one good look at him, barely getting out a soft "Hey" in greeting before she's stepping inside and opening her arms out to offer a hug.

All they told me was he apparently said the triple moons caused him to go out of control. He admitted to the crime and isn't fighting them.

[ Oh, jeez, this is why that moon is so scary? Still, she's gotten the facts from Jaune already, so. . . ]

[He was tempted to lie. To swallow it down and pretend everything was alright, but his friends deserved better than that.]

I don't know. I feel like I should have known it's not safe to just go out at night in this place by yourself.

It turns out someone killed him. They confessed and said it had to do with the moons and he agreed to be locked up.

At least death isn't permanent here for moonblessed like us.

Apparently it still takes time for us to come back from it. So he's not revived yet, but he will be.

I guess if the moons really could make someone lose control like that it could get complicated.

Yeah I'm not going to trust the guy's word for it without the authorities weighing in.

I just mean this wouldn't exactly be the first time something has magically compelled somebody here to do something

[Rise forgets who has and hasn't seen her persona yet, and since she's been training some with Ren she forgets that the rest of his teammates don't know. The wind dies down and Rise comes back into frame as she picks her comm back up, looking very frazzled.]

I can't sense him anywhere! It's like he's just... gone. I know him, I should be able to see him if he's anywhere on Lunatia or the moons-!

This place is relatively safe this time of the month, but sometimes, the Sanguis moon's pull is a little more than normal.
