That happens. You can add flour but sometimes you might add too much flour and it will affect the recipe. I'll show you a trick I know.[He heads over to the cabinet and takes out canola oil.]

Cover your hands with some of this and the dough won't stick as much to your hands. Only sprinkle flour on your workspace.
