It is a service because initiating the act, having a place to perform the act takes time, energy, and costs money, Zenyatta. If a person is not able to get it for free (which I am sure is a route they will try before having to pay to generate chroma) then they need not come.

If they are unable to moonlace for "free" with others and are desperate for more than handholding then why not offer them this choice? I think it is important to remember that it is a choice. No one is forced to do anything, it is merely another option.
