[That's why Rey prefers Level 3 in general. The bright colors and lights of the upper levels of the city don't appeal to her like the shadier streets below. Some of it is familiar, some of it is just being able to deal with angrier locals that are sometimes foolish enough to try and pick a fight with a bionic tank woman. It was one way of being productive with her Sanguis aggression when she really just wanted to fight someone.
