I have no need or desire for arm-dislocation technology.

[The presentation is really unclear about what the tech can do, and demonstrates what, in Temple’s opinion, is the least appealing thing you could ever do with that. The concept is fascinating but the presentation fails to convince him this is the Thneed that everyone needs and that everyone desires.]
