If you had to choose:

- A maid cafe (with cute uniforms!!)
- A Japanese restaurant (with sushi!) (and probably cute uniforms!!)
- A normal cafe (boring, but whatever) (but it'd have cute uniforms)

You can probably find out by asking the Moon Knights or the Lunar Scientia. I would imagine there’s some sort of health and safety department you can check in with to see what you need to ensure you’re properly up to code.
