Sounds pretty entitled to me, actually.

If a bunch of strangers you didn't know showed up at your door and demanded all kinds of special treatment, pretty sure you'd slam the door in their faces and say they were trespassing on your property.

That's basically what we are here, unwilling imports or no. But sure, go ahead and sue the pants off them if you want. I'm sure it'll work out fine.
