there’s a theory that involves time travel where space and time swap. time doesn’t move for you but everything else does. that’s how time travel works... in theory. currently time flows like a river because we have no way to override that which means for us as we experience time it is linear. but for others it’s not. at least for those who claim to jump between alternate universes.

it’s still difficult to explain because at the end of the day time moves forward even for those that travel through time. we can’t stop ourselves from growing old, unless you can make it so your consciousness just travels.

sorry if this is much. its probably just mumbo jumbo to you and most of it is still theory to me. though some I’ve proven.
