[For those of you who know the fishman behind the username...this person is certainly not a fishman showing up on screen. He may as well be a male model doing a photoshoot on the beach with the way he slicks back his dark, wet hair while going shirtless underneath that open jacket. (No, there's no real sparkles, you're just imagining things.) Some things are the same such as his hard-earned muscles and the weird black lines that run down his chest.
The human is undoubtedly Zed when he finally opens his mouth:]
If any of you were curious, the Potion of Pining can indeed transform you into a different species. Not unlike the moonblessings, but it's a more complete transformation.
[He pauses to rub a hand against his neck while taking a deep breath, almost as if he hasn't had fresh air in a long time.]
I would say that switching primary organs for respiration was the most difficult part, but adjusting comes fairly quick. [What a blessing to not immediately suffocate. And after a blink--]
Eyelashes are...weird. [He clears his throat, feeling a bit silly, and turns off the feed.]

[Just straight up asks that no big deal.]
I see. Is there anything you’ve wanted to do as a human that you couldn’t do before?
no subject
...Possibly. We'll see how today goes.
[As for the other question, he's back to rubbing the side of his neck:]
Breathing air directly. So, I got what I wanted. [It may seem simple, but when it becomes something to deal with every day, every second out of the water...]

I see.
[Kunikida can only imagine how it must feel to actually be comfortable on land for the first time, and he's glad for Zed, even if he personally liked Zed the way he was before.]
That's a plus, I'm sure.
[The things humans take for granted...]
...how do you like having hair?
[Just gonna go ahead and ask a more lighthearted question. If eyelashes are weird then how must he feel about having a head full of hair?]

It's not as bad as eyelashes since it doesn't affect my sight. [He runs his hands through the top while also trying to get the two front strands to stay back. They don't.]
Feeling it being moved is a little strange, but not bad. I actually like the texture of it. The only problem is that it nulls my sense of vibration from behind-- well, vibrations are generally more difficult to pick up now as is without my antennae. Same for hearing with human ears...Not that there's a detrimental difference, but it is noticeable.

[He’s not saying that just to butter Zed up either. He totally means it, because Kunikida finds Zed handsome in both forms.]
I see...
[Excuse him as he pulls out his notebook and starts jotting down notes about all of this.]
I imagine it’s frustrating to have your senses dulled a bit. How is your temperature regulation now?
