Yes. Those who fall more on the animal side are referred to as "beastmen", but those of us who are more humanoid are simply "demi-human."

That would likely take a different type of magic. I'm sure there are spells that allow for communication with beasts, but they are just that to me.

By human standards, I'm about 17. We Demi-Humans age as we gain experience and level up. At level 1, I was still eating children's meal sets in taverns.

It's considered unusual, to be sure. It's one of the reasons humans distrust us.

Perhaps I'm too quick to anger when it comes to the internet. I resent being taken advantage of with that picture of the dog. The threat of curses is more real on my world than it is here.
