That's horrible... Percival, I'm so sorry. I can't even imagine trying to deal with such a force.

"Forces of nature" sounds like an adept way to summarize it, though. So they are something like spirits? Or are they organic beings like us...? If you say that some of them are here. It sounds like an ordeal you've encountered many times.

( Don't mind her just noting things down mentally and highlighting them; she comes from such a modern and technologically-oriented world she isn't even quite sure what to say or to ask, but it's not for anything like disbelief. She believes him entirely. There is just no frame for her to imagine it in. )

They can grow flesh and they bleed, but it all encases a primal core instead of a heart.
Consider them entities unto their own, free from many of the confines of mortal beings.
They live indefinitely, they can regenerate, they can control the immediate area around them.

Before leaving Feendrache, I hadn't dealt with quite so many, but now, it's becoming a bit of a habit to have to fight them.

Does your world also contain such beings?

It sounds like a fairy tale, quite honestly.
We don't have anything like that in my world, no, but there are stories of beings like that.
We have Omnics, instead. Robots, like this place has. They're sentient as you and I are, with emotions and goals and their own individualities, now, but that never used to be the case.

I'm sorry to hear you've been faced with such powers; I hope you've been all right.

Sentient robots. That does seem similar to a certain golem in our world,
though others would have more information on him.
I have only met him in passing, but I do believe there is some deeper level of consciousness in spite of his original purpose.

No need to worry over me. I can handle it, but there are innocents who have lost their lives in the process.
We have been doing all we could to prevent such incidents.

Did any of these omnics come with you to this world?

Ah, yes, golems are likely a similar concept to our original purpose for Omnics— they were built for labor and assorted other tasks, before their artificial intelligence we wrote for them had evolved on its own.
It did not... originally work out well, as it sparked a world war.
There were corrupted "leader" systems, essentially. Those under its control were not at fault.
Like the military, "orders were passed down".
Things have long-since improved from those days, though. That was thirty years past.

And I have no doubt you can, but you're the only one I've met and have a connection with, right now. You'll have to bear the brunt of it for everyone else, I'm afraid.

As for the Omnics, as a matter of fact, yes. There is one here. His name is Zenyatta; he's of the Shambali. They're Omnic monks.
I don't think it's possible to meet him and dislike him. He's very sweet and kind-hearted. And deeply thoughtful.

Leader systems. Do you mean among the Omnics or the humans who created them?
I imagine they must have wanted to keep the Omnics incapacitated to their former roles rather than allowing them have an active role in society and governing.
That kind of thinking would assuredly lead to rebellion if the Omnics were organized enough.

[ Which it sounds like they were. It's not as though Primals behaved nicely the moment they had an inkling of free will. Some of them threatened to destroy the very fabric holding the skydom together. ]
