It's not that I don't agree with you, because I do, but I don't think she's a good candidate for this.

She's a good woman, but I've never met anyone that knows how to bring a room down like she does. I'd love for her to have a good time, but I don't want to risk someone else's good time for her sake. If someone just so happens to sign up looking for someone to commiserate with, we can talk, but otherwise it would be cruel of me to put her with someone that is putting their trust in me to find someone they can click with for the evening.

But I'll let you know if a potential match comes up.

I don't have any formalized plans yet. My default is to go stag and pick someone up there, but I'll fill in if we have an odd number of blind date applications.
