Hey everyone. I hope you had a fun festival. (´｡• ω •｡`)

I saw some people lose their bracelets during that time, and it makes me really worried about other Moonblessed. Do you have someone you can contact if it gets... bad? I'm pretty lucky in that regard, but I don't know if everyone else is. And some people are young, which makes me even more worried about what might happen. Nobody chose to be here. So you shouldn't have to be put in a position where you feel that desperate, alone, and in pain.

And also, it's only happened twice that I've seen for folks, but... some people turn into full animals. What about people who are jellyfish? Will they just transform, alone, and die? I should talk to the researchers about this. It's pretty messed up.

I guess what I'm trying to say is be safe. It feels really shameful when it's happening, but it's not your fault. I'm an older guy and I've been through a lot and I don't want others to have to do it, too.

I've only had it happen to myself once, so you'd have to ask others. Mine went well, so I also can't advise.

1. It is magic. Everything here is woven in with magic, including the science, which sucks for people like me who do that for a living and now can't.
2. If it happens, if you have anyone you feel safe talking to, contact them.
3. Not everyone - only "Moonblessed," which is what we people found on the moons and brought here to the city are called. We're so very special and they like to monitor us.
4. The transformation didn't hurt, but it's the... need for touch and contact that can be very overwhelming.

That's what I'm worried about, too. People who might not have anyone right now. Folks usually just have... animal parts? So it shouldn't be that horrible. But my partner turned into an animal right away, and he came here with me, so... anything could happen.

I would get in contact with the Prismatica research facility or something like that. If they're interested in the Moonblessed and hold us in high regard, they should have something in place to protect us if something bad happens.

You're welcome. It was shocking for all of us. But remember that you're not alone and there's other equally lost, confused people from far away places around who are also going through it.
Like puberty, but in cycles.
