I know this sounds like an odd question but I can't think of any better way to come up with an answer.
Say that you've just basically returned from the dead. Not a zombie or anything but well kind of but not really!
What should you give your friends as an apology gift? Flowers? Something more extravagant?

But, then again, dying and then coming back to life isn't exactly a common enough thing to start making it a tradition.
Besides, it just seems like the proper thing to do. I hate making my friends sad.

[he's kidding
about being concerned]
Reckon I can understand that. Well... if it gives you any ideas, me and the boys would always get a drink after. That was more of a relaxing-after-a-long-day sort of thing than a present, really, but spending time with your friends ain't a bad gift.
Corny as that sounds.

At least that's what I say!
So I guess that means I should follow that advice.

Can't exactly make you follow my advice.
