[As Kylo Ren (if that name could even be considered separate from him at all) he had never used the network. He hadn't bothered really talking to people other than the occasional response. He kept to himself. Perhaps if he had made an effort someone besides Rey might have cared when he disappeared a few days ago.

When he had left it hadn't been during Sanguis. Now that he was back, he was sitting in Rey's apartment - her plants hanging up and sitting in pots in the background. He had questions that needed answers.]

I haven't introduced myself before, though some of you I've spoken to may know me as Kylo Ren. Those who I've met can continue to address me by that name, though I'd prefer to go by Ben Solo. For those who I've yet to meet I can't say I'm terribly sorry for being so antisocial.

I'm sure I'm not the first, but has anyone here been able to experience being sent away because of a lack of Chroma being generated? I feel as if I've come back differently, in some ways.

[He won't go into detail, but he's remembered things he didn't know before. For him a year has passed and now his scar is gone. He has experienced death. Part of him is still trying to process it all, how he spent nearly a year here and just like that he had returned home - or what he thinks is home. He's not entirely sure he can trust it. While true, if I don't generate any of it, I start hungering, which normally does not happen for me. The not hungering default comes with what I am... The suddenly hungering, though. It's sort of terrifying.

It is good to meet you, by the why. I am Pidonus. My story runs long and I'd rather tell others most of the time.

What you are. I'm going to assume that's something non-humanoid? I knew there were others with similar circumstances but it didn't occur to me that it affects how you eat.

I don't require your life's story. If you have information about people coming and going without warning, however, I'm happy to hear it.

And, yeah, I'm not human, just something that looks it.

I wish I knew more about the sudden appearances and disappearances, but the biggest thing I can say is this isn't the only world where it can happen, due to it not being the first such one I've experienced.

I've heard there are other worlds - other places where people are trapped like in this one unless their circumstances change for some unknown reason. It makes sense, considering none of us comes from the same place as one another to begin with.

Kinda terrifying to fathom, honestly.

Not particularly so terrifying for me. Space travel is common where I'm from. There was an entire galaxy of planets within reach.]

... I'm from a world sufficiently low-tech that, even with it being a thing here, I forgot that space travel is even possible.

My world also sucks in other ways. The idea that I could just. Somehow get to another planet away from everything sounds really neat.

That was certainly always my favorite part. I've been on and off spaceships most of my life and even customized a few for myself over the years.

... They're common enough that custom - no, they'd have to be for it to be 'in reach' casually. Where I'm from, good magic on swords is still a new innovation, so...

That doesn't surprise me too much that some worlds are light years behind the rest.

You'd think by now I'd be used to it, having been on a more advanced world for over a year before I came to here, an even more advanced world.

But some things still surprise me, even if some things stay constant.

Yup. Two-time interdimensional kidnappee. And the circumstances of each were totally different.

It seems weird, but from what I understand of the nature of infinity it makes total sense.
