(Video; UN: motherofdragons)
(Sometimes in order to get a better state of mind, a change of scenery is necessary. Daenerys has found a larger home for herself and Drogon. The ceilings are high enough for the little dragon to fly short, safe distances. He lets out a series of happy sounds as he explores his new domain.)
Well I have his approval. (Daenerys has often been expressive with her wardrobe and that hasn't changed. Her clothing is more modern by far. Pants are easier to move about in and, with a belt, her sword and dagger are tucked close by.)
I am hosting a house warming party for any and all interested. Alcohol is welcome, so no one underage, please.
(As cute as she finds children, she must be a proper mother about this.)
And if we haven't spoken, that is of no consequence. As long as you aren't intent on ruining things, I will be happy to see you.
(She ends the transmission with her address, a date - on the weekend - and a time.)

[ They grow as big as their surroundings, definitely not mentioning the stunted blue dragon that was trapped in that enchanted dimensional dungeon, mad and feral. Or the white dragon that lived in a mountain because he needed the extra room.
It must be the magic of this realm that shrank Drogon down to a manageable size, he supposes. Not a bad idea on the Prismal's part. ]
He's very quiet. Does he not speak much?
no subject
He doesn't speak any human tongue. (Yet he has his own way of communicating, pressing his snout to her cheek.) I know of no dragons in Westerosi history that have spoken. I wonder if they can?

Perhaps they forgot how to or were put under a curse. Where I come from the dragons are known for their bargaining and baiting, riddles and wisdom, whichever suits their wiles better. They're usually smarter than people, talking is not a problem.

(Get ready for the most adorable lessons on the planet.)

[ Drogon appears to be less the sort to start spouting riddles and more the type to get the flying zoomies, though. ]
They age very slowly, if I remember correctly, so he may be just a baby in their years.

I think I will try Valyrian. Those are the first words he learned to recognize.
no subject
[ Unlike Orcish. ]

(She smiles a little, pausing before she translates.)
Valyrian is my mother tongue. Every Targaryen was likely taught it before they learned the common tongue.

It sounds a little like Celestial. [ Fjord shakes his head as he glances down. ] The same can't be said for Orcish, my father's language.
no subject
Would you mind saying something in Orcish? I'm curious.

Gajumat ta-folun paashnar khlaarum ambal, dhuzud narmok za gism-uruk kul nar tor narmok the kulkodar-kranklob.
[ His voice switches back to his usual British accent. ]
Quite the assault on the ears, I know.
no subject
What does that mean?
(She shakes her head, quite emphatic.)
Anha efichisak haz yeroon.
Harsh languages have their own beauty. Yours would be terrifying to hear in battle.

[ Ahem. Don't mind the green of his cheeks darkening. ]
You're right! The orcs are a warlike people who live apart from other societies. I'm half-orc, myself, raised by humans.

(She is teasing, her expression bordering on mischievous.)
Was that difficult for you? The races must be on good terms for you to exist.
(She hopes?)
no subject
I would never, tor kulkodar.
[ The same smile wavers a little, smoothed out into a bland expression as he sighs and shrugs. His horrendous childhood at the Driftwood Asylum has no place in this pleasant conversation. ]
Humans raised me, I'm grateful for the common-sense their lessons instilled.
[ Like it's best to avoid them, in general. ]
