(Sometimes in order to get a better state of mind, a change of scenery is necessary. Daenerys has found a larger home for herself and Drogon. The ceilings are high enough for the little dragon to fly short, safe distances. He lets out a series of happy sounds as he explores his new domain.)
Well I have his approval. (Daenerys has often been expressive with her wardrobe and that hasn't changed. Her clothing is more modern by far. Pants are easier to move about in and, with a belt, her sword and dagger are tucked close by.)
I am hosting a house warming party for any and all interested. Alcohol is welcome, so no one underage, please.
(As cute as she finds children, she must be a proper mother about this.)
And if we haven't spoken, that is of no consequence. As long as you aren't intent on ruining things, I will be happy to see you.
(She ends the transmission with her address, a date - on the weekend - and a time.)

My dear Daenerys, I wouldn't miss it for the world. That is, as long as you aren't expecting guests to cook anything for the occasion - you aren't, are you?
[ He knows that's the sort of thing that can happen when one doesn't have servants to do it for them, and Valmont's cooking skills are... well, nonexistent, really. ]

Why would I ask my guest to cook for me? That would be unforgivably rude.
Bring yourself and we will consider that gift enough.

Excellent. I'd been under the impression that was the sort of thing common people tended to do at their parties - but of course, you, my dear, are far from common.
And - "we", is it? I hadn't been under the impression that son of yours wanted much to do with me.
[ Or you could just be projecting your anti-dragon biases on him, V. Drogon hasn't actually done much to offend yet. ]
