Hello. I am The Knight.
I have been attempting to write poetry. My friend Grimm has a poem all about himself. It is very good. You should ask him to recite it.
But this is a poem about my home, my siblings, and our Father.
And also about The Radiance.
Please tell me what you think.
The kingdom burns with blinding Light
The King knows it must still
Its fury shines in every dream
Til all minds become ill
And so He works in deepest dark
To find a way to bind
The one who's rage and power
Burn in every single mind
From bodies of our family
He forges what He seeks
A warrior to bar the way
Through which Her dread will wreaks
Countless Vessels cast aside
But His work is finally done
From out of all our many lives
Is forged a single One
The greatest of us all
Strong enough to halt Her Light
To bear all of their burden
That is the role of this Knight
But though we've been rejected
We do not simply fade away
So wait for us, Dear Sibling
We will all unite, one day.
This was the beginning of the story. There is more to tell. Please tell me if you would like to read it.

Yours was very inspiring.
I hope mine helps people understand me and my siblings like yours helped me understand you.

[It's poetry, it doesn't have to make complete sense.]

At least this will make sure they know where to start.
[Give those questions a little more focus beyond "What even are you and what's with your world?"}

I am pleasantly surprised to see people share their works on the network. It should occur more often!

I agree. I would like to read what others would put into a poem, or a story. It helps me to understand them.
And I like having help understanding people.
no subject
I wonder if something like an entire day dedicated to posting poems over the network could be organized.
no subject
We would have to make it ourselves.
Perhaps a message, some time in advance. This took me quite a while to complete, so we would have to tell people well before the day comes.

If there's more to tell, I'd definitely like to read it, if you plan on sharing more.

I am still writing the next poem, but if you like, I can just tell you the next part of the story.
no subject
I'm patient. If you're still writing the poem, I'll wait for that.

[Of course, given that they worked on this for a few months before they got it out, that's not saying much.]
It is strange that I do not often see more writing of this sort on the network. It is interesting to read such things and I find it helpful to learn more about people.
But instead they make strange announcements and complaints I have heard many times before.

I'd like to read the continuation of the story.
no subject
I am writing the next piece now. I will try to finish it more quickly than this one. Poetry is challenging, but I think I enjoy it.
no subject
I'd imagine poetry is a challenge. I know a wise man from my world who used to write poetry.
no subject
A wise man? A friend of yours?
text un; hornet
How long did it take you?
[text]
I will write of my own journey next. I must condense it greatly.
no subject
I look forward to the continuation.

That was very interesting. I would be delighted to hear more of this story, if you don't mind.

The Knight was not writing a poem about it, specifically, but it would of course feature prominently in the tale of their history. It was strange to think on, being remembered. Being spoken of, and not forgotten.
Being memorialized, by the effort of its sibling. ]
I was never the greatest of us all.
And I was no more empty than you.
I think I was merely the luckiest, to have felt His love, and seen His regret.
[ I am sorry I did not go back for you. I am sorry I left you there. I am sorry I picked Him, and not you, and not all of us. ]
Thank you for coming to me, when I called.
Your poem is very lovely.

They won't do that to someone they love. Or anyone, really.]
You were great, though. Her breaking through does not diminish your efforts.
Or that you were still there in the end.
[There, in the world of dreams, where they finally laid their enemy low.]
I am glad you liked it.
And you are welcome, but there was never any doubt.
I will always come for you.
*hands myself my span tags* "you dropped these, queen."
And now I shall come for you, wherever you are, whatever you need.
We are singular, but we are together.
We are Void.
