video ☠️☠️☠️ MTC IN THE BUILDING

[ It is time again for Samatoki to grace everyone's feeds with his stupid face. This post, however, does not start with it right away! In fact, it starts off with music, a chill guitar beat that goes on for a few bars. The video that goes along with it shows various roads and streets and other stock photos and videos of the city of Yokohama. Eventually, the rapping starts— Samatoki's voice cool and calm—until the chorus where Jyuto and Riou join him.

When the song "ends", the video shifts to Samatoki's face being way too close to the camera. He's still adjusting it! Once he's got that done, he moves to sit back on the couch where Jyuto and Riou are seated. ]

Yo, Lunatia. This is Mad Trigger Crew, representin' Yokohama. We ain't just a group of rappers; with our Hypnosis Mics, we fight for our lives and for territory.

The name's Mr.Hardcore, Samatoki Aohitsugi,
[ Then he elbows Jyuto to introduce himself. Go on, bunny cop!! Jyuto doesn’t outwardly react to physical contact and only instead takes his cue to politely smile at the camera. He elegantly lifts a hand. ]

Sergeant of Yokohama's Organized Crime Control Department, Jyuto Iruma, aka 45 Rabbit. A pleasure to make your acquaintance.

[ And lastly, ]

I’m Crazy M.

[ Riou, who has been staying quiet in the background, simply says this. He’s not really the talkative type unless you get him drunk or it’s about something he’s enthusiastic about. ]

We're gonna be here for a while. Ask us anythin'.

[ The video ends. ASK THEM ANYTHING!!! ]

The number 11 that he provided is the answer to your question.

Yeah I gathered that. The rest was all gibberish.

Those are other groups.
zunge: (faultless deduction)

Well good for them.

Why rap and not other kind of music?

[He doesn't hate rap, but it's not his first choice. A mostly-European like him can't help but foster some biased preference for other styles.]

Rap and hip-hop have always been used as a means to stand against oppression and inequalities in societies across the world, from America to Saudi Arabia.
There is no better means to express that struggle.

[ Riou's Japanese but he's also American. He lives by a quote by Martin Luther King Jr. Damn straight he knows that rap is meaningful. Show some respect. ]

Oh so there's actually anything in it beyond entertainment purposes and fucking with people's heads. Weird.
