Hm. Maybe you need to be able to relate to your customers in a way that only adults can. Or maybe it’s just a lot of bureaucracy.

Bureaucracy is lots and lots of paperwork. I’ve heard that the Prismals can be pretty finicky about that sort of thing, if you’re unlucky.

As for relating to people, who knows? I’m not very good at it, myself.
