[Someone who is new here has gotten a bit of a surprise, and not just the recent insanity either. Mostly the fact that she can't do certain things she's always been able to do.

So she's going to the network to ask a vital question.]

I have a minor question to ask of you all, but mostly people here who have powers from home. It's a silly question, really, but it's been bothering me since the whole unfortunate events that went down.

Anyway, my question is this; have any of you lost access to a skill or power or ability you had before you ended up here?

The universe is everything around us, even space and stars and different planets. There are many universes, in fact I do believe this planet is in a different universe from the one my planet is in.

No, it holds worlds.

what do you mean it holds worlds/ i thought the other worlds were just around it.

Worlds, or planets, along with stars and everything are in a universe.

okay. and all universes follow the same rules/

I assume so? This is my first time leaving my universe.

i guess it's the first time for me too.

I think it's the first time for a lot of people here.

it's weird because i'm used to going between worlds. so that part wasn't new.

So, is that what you meant by getting around? Going to different worlds?

kind of.

yeah, it's definitely interesting. it's weird not to be able to do it whenever i want. i used to do it every day.

So it is something that you could do as simple as breathing, it comes that naturally to you?

i wouldn't say it comes naturally. i had to learn how to do it. and i have to think about it. but aside from that, it was mostly regular.

I see, still it sounds interesting to be able to do.

i guess it's not really needed here since we can't leave.

True, and also unfortunate.

[Not that she has any way to leave the planet.]

is there something important you have to do back in your world/

[ At least he doesn't have to worry about that much. All that he needs from his own are his friends. ]

No, fortunately. I had finished dealing with the situation that I was needed for but... It would have been nice to be able to see the outcome of it.

i know how that feels. my friends and me just finished dealing with some things too.

Well, that's good isn't it? At least you don't have anything from home to worry about while you're here.

yeah, it is. but i still wish we could all be here.

[ He honestly doesn't care where he ends up, as long as his friends are around. Home is still a nebulous concept to him. ]
