Has anyone as of yet read anything of worth from the Lunar Scientia? Since the vine issue seemed to take up most of our precious time, I have only been able to thumb through a few things regarding the city and its culture. I would honestly take any suggestions.
Except for any contemporary fiction. I've lost all faith in any present literature after having to see with my own two eyes award-winning titles such as: "A Knot To Remember", "Much Ado About Yiffing", and "My Lover, the Sanguis with the Big Chest".

Then what should bring the masses into a turgid, yearning maelstrom?

Deep introspection. The limits of their imagination. Anything besides being spoon-fed the same nauseating tropes.

For instance: What do you like to do for fun? And don't you dare tell me you don't have fun.

I read. I kill [demons] monsters. I fight my brother.
[so basically, vergil wouldn't know fun if it slithered right up his tight ass.]

Okay. Perhaps you trash-talk a monster about how terrible they are. Maybe you trash-talk your brother about how terrible he is in his strategy.
It's the same principle: Unnecessary, superfluous things we do to add a little cherry on top. Stops the burnout.
Though I get the feeling you may have experienced emotional burnout and just haven't caught on to it yet. You poor thing.
