[The stage seems to be all set as soon as the video begins. Juno has taken extra care that the camera is situated far enough away and yet not so far that it catches anything outside what she intends to frame. She even holds her wrist out so there's a good video of her top half at the very least and maybe even a few of the multitude of frilly pillows of various pastel shades bedecking her couch.
She finally waves to the camera with her free hand, the sharp-tipped claws on said hand painted an appropriately dark shade to match what can be seen of her outfit.]
This is the first time I've had the chance to post to the network like this so I'd like to introduce myself first. I'm Juno! I'm a Cordis and likewise a gray wolf so don't worry, I always look like this.
[That seems to be something of a light joke. One of her ears flicks a little rapidly but it's the only tell of slight prickling of her nerves. She didn't do Beastbook videos at home often but she's still far from shy when it comes to the camera.]
I've been working for Starshine Productions for around four months now and really enjoying my time there! It's been a lot of practice and a lot of work but I've enjoyed every minute of it. I just want to thank any of you who have come to any of the performances I've been a part of so far. It's meant a lot to see how well they've all done!
[And now to the main point here. She looks quite earnest honestly in spite of her bubbly nature as she speaks.]
However in order to do better I have to train hard and work on improving both my dancing and acting abilities! I feel I've come to a point where I could really use a trainer or two outside of Starshine Productions. They've been wonderful and I will always depend on their help and guidance but I also wish to try hard on my own outside of that!
I'm in particular need of more training with partner dancing and interpretive dancing both with partners and alone. I'd also like to find an acting coach or someone who can help me improve those skills as well.
Please let me know if any of you can fill either role. I'm happy to negotiate a price for your time or if you own a studio I'll be sure to visit as well if you tell me about it.
[With that she nods to herself before she waves again, smile bright.]
Thank you so much!

I never thought about that sort of training. Or a personal trainer.
[Then a light flush rises up, visible through her fur.]
I do need to exercise more beyond dance practice. I've been gaining so much weight lately.

And I've been there. Always awkward when you're a woman. I can help you, but more dancing could help just as well. Follow what you think works best.
Ha ha, I'm not really good at selling my services but I'd rather someone be comfortable, you know? If you want advice or a quick session, I offer the first session for free. It's different than having someone all the time beside you but I can show you some exercises that work best for your goals.

[She thinks a moment, tilting her head a little.]
Well... I've never been a very combat sort of animal. I mean wolves are naturally strong, most carnivores are, but I've always been against fighting. It's too easy if you're a carnivore to overpower others after all.
[It doesn't really sound like she's bragging here. Being an aggressive carnivore at home is not a good thing and one must know their limits.]
But I would definitely like to try more exercises. If I can't stop eating so much I at least need to work enough to keep the weight off.
THANKS FOR LETTING ME FLEX MY FITNESS NUTRITIONIST MUSCLES
Well, you don't have to use what you learn for a fight. A lot of what's adapted to be used in fighting -- taichi for example -- isn't meant for it. It's up to you how you use a maneuver. But I understand what you mean.
[ All of this is foreign to Jill, but she imagines it's rough nonetheless. That's the one thing Jill can back-up and be a part of. ]
My suggestion is to add more lean protein (fish, chicken) and be aware of sugars. If it's naturally occurring -- like what's in a fruit or a vegetable versus a cake -- your body will process it easier. Don't count those sugars. It's not perfect for you long-term, but it's different than something that's added. If you have to do added sugar, make sure it's added through a fruit, vegetable, or sugar(cane), maple syrup, or the likes. If it's something like high fructose corn syrup your body doesn't understand how to deal with it and it takes longer, which is part of how weight can be added. Put a little more fruit and veg where you'd put other things and you'll be fine. Even without exercise. :)
laying knowledge on me here irl
Mm, I see. I don't eat meat but most carnivores are taught enough about vegetables and such to live well without it. I think my downfall really is the sweets.
[And she can't help her light laugh.]
There are such a range of them here! And other foods too!
