[She does perhaps make a sight, for a number of reasons. The first is that her skin is green, even if she is humanoid in appearance. The bone structure of her face is slightly different mind, although it's not overly noticeable, but enough to draw a second look anyway given those silver markings. Her face is framed by strands of hair that are ombred, starting one colour and fading to another. Her expression is... less than impressed, although with Gamora, that tends to be a typical state of being.

She has that hard expression, lips pursed and dark eyes roving. She appears to be resting against a wall, alert, wary, and ready. A long look from beneath her lashes as she regards the feed, before talking.]

Of all the idiotic things I have heard, this has got to be up there, and that is saying a lot.

[Not that she can deny having arrived here, or been guided, or even that annoying music that had started on the screens. Moon phases... Cataclysmic event... New adventurer. She was fine in the adventure department without adding anything else to it. And being stuck here was not going to help the galaxy. Thanos... She knows that he looms on the horizon, a bomb waiting to go off. Yet one that won't, if she has anything to say about it.]

I seek several individuals. They... might have gotten in to trouble already. One goes by the name of Star-Lord, or Quill. He has a strange fascination with music and other Terran- Earthian- Human things. Another is Drax. He is- [Where does she even begin with him.] Hard to miss. Mantis is a third. There may also be a furry creature by the name of Rocket who has an obsession with weapons or one who calls himself Groot. If you've knowledge of them, I would speak to you.

[A pause.]

Or to any who know of a means of departure. I've elsewhere to be.

This humble one can not say he is familiar with those individuals. However, the question of departure is unknown. Though people can come and go without warning, there is no rhyme or reason to how it happens. You may have to wait a while before you can depart.

I can't help you other than that, I'm afraid. But I'm curious. Do people not have music on other planets? So many different species on earth communicate using song, I'd have thought it was almost universal.

I'll be honest, that sounds like it says less about other planets having music and more about him being kind of a dick. You know, like the space version of old guys who want everyone to know that the music they listened to when they were kids is the only real music.

Let's compromise then. Some would still be here because this planet's better than wherever they were. Or because they're dumb. Or because they're dead and going back means returning to being dead. Plenty would have left here, though. For many reasons.

[ This would hardly be the first time that someone has appeared on the network to throw out a list of names in hopes of finding friends or family. Steve has very rarely recognized any of the names, though he tends to listen or watch the messages all the same. Just in case.

The woman with her green skin isn't familiar, but one of the names (and perhaps a few of the others, if only vaguely) ring a bell.

Steve's met one of them. At least, he thinks he has. It could be a coincidence, but he gets the feeling it isn't. ]

Mantis. [ He keeps his expression neutral, not wanting to get her hopes up just yet. Even if it is the same person, Mantis has been gone for months. ] Does she have antennae?

She does. Pale skin, brownish hair, slightly naïve?

Yeah, that sounds like her.

[ Steve gives a firm nod, though a frown soon overtakes his expression. ]

I met her here briefly, but then she vanished not long after. Back to where she came from, or so they claim.

[ He wishes that he could have provided better news, but at least there had been some sign of Gamora's friend here at one point. ]

I've not heard of or seen anyone that fits those descriptions, sorry. There's no formal method of departure from this place, by the way, the Chroma occasionally sends people home of its own accord.
