How many of you are aware that you're capable of using certain types of elemental magic depending on your moon?
More specifically, how many of you can actually properly use it without harming yourselves or others?
I'm aware that there's no status window within this world to check up on skills and what not, but that's hardly an excuse for a few of you. By this time more than a handful of you should have "awakened" in a sense.
If you're having a hard time mastering it, no matter how minor, I don't mind helping.
[ He's trying to be nice, especially when he's been told to get along well with others.
Too bad he doesn't really care. ]
A lot of you are slacking more than the average F-Rank, so put it into consideration.

It's the second one.
It's kind of hard to get my life together when I was stuck in some virtual world before this.
[It's obviously both, not just the second one. ]

Mobius, the place I was stuck in, was supposedly created by everybody's combined wishes or something. Enough people think they peaked in high school, so that's what it turned into.
no subject
Not to mention that peaking in high school isn't exactly anything to gloat about...

I don't disagree with you.
It's pretty ch torture if you ask me.
But for everyone who's brainwashed, they don't remember their old lives or notice any of the inconsistencies. It was supposed to be a perfect fantasy, until people started dying.

How dirty.

For the record, we couldn't kill anybody with our powers anyway.
But people could still die from other causes.
And being in there put your body in a coma. So some people just died from their bodies being too weak to survive.
no subject
[ A short pause. ]
That sounds unfortunate.
I'd assume it was due to having an malnourished body but I doubt the public would just let these people die. Unless, you know, that was the whole idea.
no subject
[ It's official. This guy is Biwasaka's clone. ]
Right, most people got medical attention. But some of them started developing something called Astral Syndrome, which is terminal. I don't know if their bodies just gave up or what, but the cases were only rising as far as I know.
no subject
Even if it's wrong doesn't mean some people won't do it.
So what about your body now?
It's not the original one, but how are you certain that you're even still alive?
no subject
Honestly, I don't know. I know I wasn't dead at home, because dying in real life would make me disappear from Mobius too. But if there's a chance that I could die when I get home, then that's a risk I'm willing to take.
no subject
And what if you were to die in Mobius? Does that mean your body dies as well?
This sounds heavily complicated for a place that's meant to be reliving the "best years" of your life. Personally I think this was a dubious plan from the start.

[ One of them was even torturing Shogo! Isn't he lucky. ]
Yeah, that's pretty much the gist of it. I didn't call it a digital hell for nothing -- the whole thing was a contrived mess. But that's what happens when you give an AI too much power and build it to "make people happy," I guess. It decided the real world was causing everybody's problems, so they'd be happier living in a fantasy.
no subject
[ Like... not to sound like a pessimist or anything but that's ass. ]
no subject
[ Well, and Thorn. But like hell Shogo's gonna talk about Thorn. ]
no subject
[ -- kill her, he wants to say. But he doesn't. ]
Have someone hack her. I don't know.
no subject
[ Do not ever give a vocaloid power... ]
Doesn't matter now, anyway. I'm here, not there. We tried everything and it made things worse so we're probably gonna have to kill her when I get back.
no subject
[ So that means... make no emotional connections? Fine by him; say less. ]
When do you think they're gonna let us all go home?
no subject
Beats me. At least in Mobius I knew that μ was in charge, so we could ask her. We'd have to find the thing bringing us here to find out when it plans to send us back.

And to be clear, I'm talking hypothetically. Please don't fucking threaten to destroy the moon. You'd get thrown in jail or out an airlock or something.
no subject
[ If he moves... you'll never see it coming. ]
This was an interesting talk, though.
no subject
[ He's gonna call the cops if the moon blows up. ]
That's one word for it, yeah.
