I think a few of the people I know are Sanguis, but I'd heard about wolf-like traits and even some fish-like, but I suppose becoming a dragon is a possibility too. I wonder if it's some kind of special change? Dragons are a lot more impressive than most other animals. Smarter, too.

Really? I suppose they are somewhat rare outside of Ishgard, even at home... In my world, they came from another star, and they can only die through extremely specific circumstances so I suppose if there were too many of them, they would actually overrun the planet.

Well, I'm from Earth so I don't think they ever had dragons? And I guess it's good the ones in your world don't have an interest in wrecking the world?

We're lucky in that regard. One of them started a war that lasted for a thousand years but it managed to end peacefully in the end. Dragons are very wise, they don't usually cling to grudges or bother with races that live such short lives.

I do! I've met all kinds in my travels: small ones, large ones, ancient ones... Not that I minded when my boyfriend was a dog, but these dragon changes are exciting.
