How do I become Iris? Do I need to pray to the moons or something like that?
I know some people have changed their moonblessing.

I mean, sure, but Iris types have it even crazier from what I've seen. Or maybe it's just specific friends going super-needy but...

It sounds like it can be a problem when it's severe. I hadn't considered that, since most of the people who are Iris that I know haven't shared anything like that with me, but then again it's a personal matter so maybe they just haven't told me.

I'm learning a lot about Iris thanks to this post, though. I'm glad I made it!

... Genuinely not sure how changing moon alignment would work, though. But then, there's like, these three divinities that are somehow tied into it.

That's still awkward to think about from the perspective of someone whose existence is normally tangential to that of the gods.

I've had more than a few dealings with gods in my world. They aren't as all-powerful as one might think, at least in my experience.

It's a bit complex to explain in its entirety, but the gods that I've known in my world are called Primals.

They are beings created by gathering a large amount of aether and combining it with an image as well as a particularly strong desire. So perhaps you want to save your home from being destroyed, or perhaps you want an old friend back... with such desires, a primal is born.

It was largely my job to destroy them, in my world.

As far as I know, the gods of my world don't work like that, which is probably for the best - if they could be summoned that easily, it'd be even worse for my homeworld's tenuous stability than the active influence of the Demon Lords.

Which to be clear, is very bad.

Well, they unfortunately drain the aether around them and tend to temper anyone who comes into contact with them, so they're very dangerous. I'm hoping that's not the case here.

I suppose we both have varying circumstances to the ones here. I hope that if we meet the god here, they turn out to be kind.

It's an effect similar to what the idols were doing in their concert. They infect a person's mind and make them fully devoted to them. Only in the case of tempering, there is no cure. A victim's aether is permanently damaged.

They've been a problem before, haven't they? And *BTSB was working with them as well. It could be that their god has tempered them, though with Kaya and Suzaku turning themselves over, I doubt it's anything so serious.
