There are many things you can make with cheese! Many kinds melt when you heat them; I would probably make Älplermagronen from my home.
It's a pasta dish with cheese, onions, potatoes, and apples.
Very hearty.

It's just the language; it essentially translates to "Alpine Macaroni"— the Alps being a mountain range bordering most of my country, and macaroni being a kind of noodle made from wheat.
It used to be made by herders in the mountains.

It isn't too hard, no, so if you like it I can teach you. 😊
