Hey, I'm on adductor and glute machines all the time and I do weighted squats aplenty. If there's one thing I'm confident in, it's the strength of my glutes, thighs, and legs.
In case you haven't noticed, I primarily fight with kicks or the strength of my legs, knees, and thighs in things like triangle chokes or ranas.
