Greetings Lunatia! I’m Nie Huaisang.

I’d like to invite you all to attend my birthday party coming up next week. I’ll be renting an event center for it, and I hope that it will be a very grand event. There will be dancing, drinking, a buffet, a lottery, games and competitions.

Please dress as extravagantly as possible, whatever that means to you. I’ll be wearing a ball gown. Even if we haven’t met before, please come! Bring a date. Or two.

My friend Jin Zixuan. [That little coincidence has never come in so handy.] I don't know if you've met either of the Zixuans?

It's always fun to have gentle ways to tease him. He gets flustered at the slightest thing.

Pisces are compassionate, artistic, intuitive, gentle and wise. They are very friendly, so they often find themselves in a company of very different people. They are always willing to help others, without hoping to get anything back. They try to figure out what other people want and give it to them.

However, they are also fearful, overly trusting. they can be prone to sadness, and desire to escape reality. They also have a tendency to set themselves as a victim or a martyr at times in order to catch the attention. They also dislike being criticized or the past coming back to haunt them.

People born under the sign of the Pisces seem calm on the outside, but on the inside, you will find a different person, as they battle between strong emotions. They need to be encouraged to open up and release those feelings.

Still, it seems a little... cruel, Lord Beitang, to so casually describe a person's flaws and weaknesses. Or to falsely ascribe them. While I do think that Jin Zixuan is overly trusting, it... feels somewhat uncouth to describe that to others.

I'm sorry, Lord Beitang. I don't think I like this game.

It's not a game, Nie-gongzi. It's the very reality that me and my people live with every day.

But if you do not wish to hear anymore, I shall say nothing more on the topic.

Yes. [There are several sections of that description that don't match at all with Huaisang's perception of either Jin Zixuan or Jin Guangyao. And they are very different people, after all. Just as Moran and Wangji are different people. Huaisang doesn't like this 'reality' of Moran's.]

Please forgive me, Lord Beitang. [He bows in apology.] I found this amusing at first, but I find I do not like hearing my friends described this way. Nor do I like the thought of having my own ascribed traits told to others. It seems to me that either it's inaccurate or an invasion of privacy.

[His brow furrows, deeply concerned.]

Well, as you said, this is the reality from my world. Maybe, just maybe, it does not ascribe to yours.

[He doesn't think so at all, but he is not in the business of disquieting people for no reason. He quite likes Huaisang, even if he is absolutely certain the man is more than meets the eyes.]

However, I have found that those star signs seem to be shared with other universes as well, even if not yours. What I have told you today is the lore of Huangdao, but others here may be familiar with aspects of it as well. I would not want you to be distressed or think I have been talking willy-nilly if you meet it later

I understand. [Huaisang will simply have to trust that no one will get any epiphanies off of Beitang's description of a Taurus. Those friends and acquaintances who only know Huaisang at the surface level would balk at the suggestion of him being exceedingly competent or determined. That's what kept him safe for so long, after all.]
