It's been part of my life since I was little My mother loved it and I guess you could say she passed on said love onto me.

But I really don't care about looks at all. I grew up in space, I've seen people with all sorts of unusual appearances. You should meet my team. One's a talking raccoon with an affinity for building booms, another is a walking tree that can only speaks three words. Nebula is a cyborg and also blue, Mantis has antennae and my own girlfriend is green....

Oh and you can just call me Peter.

But all that is pretty amazing. Well, saying that it's amazing is putting it lightly, isn't it? I've only ever existed on Earth and so I can't fathom seeing such beings like that... I say while communicating to someone on an alien planet. :) Certain things are still beyond me, though.

Hahs, there you go...never say never. Life is already so weird that sometimes aliens just happen. I was born on Earth too but I ended in space when I was 8 years old, after decades traveling the Galaxy you meet a lot of interesting and usual people. To them, I was the odd one, of course.

Oh yeah, I'm from Missouri. [ He says the last part with a deep accent as if to prove the point. ] But I've been living in space since I was 8 years old. Got kidnapped by aliens back then already, so this happening twice and ending in Lunatia wasn't a big surprise.

I suppose 'odd' is a fitting way to describe my team and I. We all started as criminals and got reformed. Sometimes all you need is a chance.
