[ This is something Persephone probably should have done a few months ago.

There is a very pink young woman on the screen. She gives a sheepish little wave as she smiles.

] Hello, my name is Persephone and I'm the Goddess of Spring back home. Yes, I'm an actual goddess, it's not just a title. Yes, I am as pink as I appear, I'm not sunburned. [ Her gaze drifts away from the camera as ticks off things that have been brought up to her. Her tone is cheerful. ] And yes, for the humans from various different versions of Earth, I am the Persephone of Greek Myth. But the stories you know are wrong...to an extent. If you have any questions pertaining to that I'll do my best to answer them.

Also, you don't have to treat me special or anything just because I'm a goddess! I'm really normal aside from the fact I randomly grow flowers in my hair sometimes. [ It's really not that random. ]

A-anywho! I'm making this post for a reason beyond that. One, I'm curious if there are any other deities from other worlds here. I've met one and spoke with another, though I believe she's gone now. If you are a deity I'm curious how being here has affected your abilities. I-if you wish to share, that is!

For anyone else, I'd like to hear about the gods of your world. If you have them.

[ To be fair, Persephone is used to bathing with other women. The only time she's bathed with someone of the opposite sex was the few time Hermes was around without her mother knowing. ]

There's a short moment before her head snaps back and she lets out a soft laugh, forcing a smile because she doesn't want him to feel bad. ]

We-well I'm glad you're managing to figure things out. And it has. I've learned a lot about other worlds and a little about mortals.

People were actually stupid enough to mistake your complexion for a sunburn?

[ There's a bit of a disapproving look at calling people stupid but she does nod. ]

But it's okay. At least it doesn't come up too often.

At least most people either know better or have enough manners not to ask.

That's true. The flowers popping up in my hair receive more questions than my complexion.

That's more understandable. Especially if they had no idea about your abilities. I've startled a few people by leaving through windows on higher up floors in buildings.

[ She chuckles at that. ] I'll admit I've thought about doing that a few times.

Flying is the best way to travel.

I agree. I wish I could do it more here. [ But Chroma... ]

Hug or kiss someone if you need the Chroma. You wouldn't have to struggle to find a willing participant.

That's not a problem. It's just...I use a lot more Chroma than I create. So I have to be careful about how I use my abilities.

Ah. Perhaps you would need to hold someone as you fly, so that you have a steady supply of Chroma. I only really have that problem during the Cordis cycle, and eating a lot seems to mitigate some of the problem.

I'm not sure if I can carry someone else with me. I've never tried...

[ She looks thoughtful. In theory, it could work. Her strength is enough that she could probably easily do so if she did it a try. ]

You can try carrying me if you'd like. Then if you needed to let go, it wouldn't be a problem.

That's not a bad idea. Though...it's not very practical to carry someone every time I want to fly around.

Is there anyone here that you would be comfortable becoming friends with benefits with? Sex does produce far more Chroma than hugging, but it's not for everyone.

[ Her cheeks instantly begin to burn hot pink. She quickly fumbles with her communicator to switch it to private. ]

Th-there was but... [ Her gaze drifts off to the side as she frowns.

After a moment she shrugs. ]

It's kind of complicated for me... I'm trying to figure some stuff and maybe I'll manage with someone else?

[There's some hesitation there, and Kagura can only guess from what she's talked about with Persephone before.]

Is it the eternal maidenhood thing? No one is going to expect you to uphold that here.

[ She shifts uncomfortably where she's sitting, looking for something to do with her hands. ]

What about the rest?

[ She silent for a few moments, lips pressed together in a tight line. She can't bring herself to look back at the camera. Even though she's had a chance to tell Apollo off for his bullshit it's still difficult to talk about. ]

I was...hurt by someone shortly before I arrived here. I thought that...that maybe I was past it.

[It's not that hard to infer what she means by hurt, given the rest of the conversation and the moment Persephone chose to switch over to private.]

I see. If that someone were to show up here, how would you prefer that they die? Stabbing, air deprivation...?
