Has anyone found their Moonblessing transformation drastically change from what you’ve grown used to after several months? If so, how did your transformation change?

More importantly, has anyone’s transformation left them in need of aid getting around?

Ah, that's too bad. I'm much smaller than him, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to risk it without being able to fly, as you said.

[And he'd kind of been looking forward to watching Galo get carried around by a pink goddess through the air. It would have been funny - so long as it didn't end in some kind of disaster, that is.]

Yeah. It would be a real shame if someone ended up hurt.

[ Maybe if she ever reaches the point in which she doesn't have to worry as much about Chroma she'll give such foolishness a try. ]

Tell you what. You know I said I used to be able to fly, right? I used to use bursts of fire to get around, but I lost the ability before coming here. That said, I've recently regained some of that ability under the Sanguis moon, and I'm slowly strengthening it.

If I manage to get to the point where I can fly using my flames again, I'll let you know and you can try it with me. As no shortage of people here have pointed out to me, I have a very small and light stature.

Even if we don't try having me carry you, or someone else, I am pretty interested in seeing how one flies using fire.

I would shoot jets of flames from my hands to propel myself through the air. I could also make constructs out of flames that could carry me, though I don't think these new powers will let me do that here. My fire back home was different.

Oh. [ She has a hard time imagining what that might look like given everyone she knows flies using wings or in the same manner as herself. ]

Oh, thanks. It was really useful, albeit it made me pretty conspicuous if I wasn't careful.

The second time I ever met my partner, actually, it was because he spotted me flying. I guess I looked like a pink shooting star from far away.

I think that would certainly catch anyone's eye.

In retrospect I'm glad I caught his eye. I'm not sure I'd even be alive right now if I hadn't. But it wasn't ideal at the time.

Impressive looking or not, he saw it as a threat and came after me with his gun drawn.

That certainly does sound a bit messy. But it also sounds like you got very lucky.

Lucky that he didn't shoot me?

He was the lucky one. :P I'm not sure what he was thinking coming after me with only a little toy gun like that.

Actually, odds are he wasn't thinking at all.

You said you weren't sure you'd be alive if not for him. That's what I meant.

Yeah, I am lucky. Actually, I'm positive I'd be dead right now if it weren't for him.

You were saved by someone, too?

No, I kind of saved him. I mean, he probably would have been fine. Eventually. I just helped speed things up.

But I don't think he actually uses his brain very often.

I was foolish enough to end up falling in love with mine. What about yours? Is he like that for you, or just a friend?

We kind of had a thing but it didn't last long because he lied to me.

Now he's just kind of a nuisance. Like how I would imagine a sibling to be.

[Lio couldn't even conceive of Galo ever lying to him... the very idea kind of punches a hole through his chest.]

It's fine. It wasn't like I had feelings for him. We just kissed once.

It's still an awful feeling to have your trust broken like that by someone you care about. But I'm sure you know that.

Alone for half a year? God I can't even imagine being in this place without Galo for a single day, let alone for half a year.

You're managing okay by yourself?

I wouldn't say I cared about him. I didn't really know him well enough for that. He just claimed he couldn't read or write so he could get closer to me and I was teaching him like the gullible idiot I am.

I'm fine. [ It's not like she's gone from being completely sheltered and always having others around to being completely alone or anything. ]

I don't have all the context, but it sounds to me like he was taking you for granted. Don't blame yourself for that.

[Lio had never had to comfort someone over shitty relationship woes before. They weren't exactly commonplace in his life. But he didn't like the thought of someone treating anyone like that.]

Okay. [ She just finds it to be entertaining because it's probably the most exciting thing that's happened while she still lived in the Mortal Realm. ]

I think it's been long enough now that I've grown used to how things are.

I mean if you want to tell it someday, you can, I just don't want you to feel obligated.

You're stronger than me, then. I'm hardly doing a great job adjusting even with someone I love to help me out.
