[The video starts with a very concerned blonde looking into the camera.]

Um, Hi. My name is Jaune Arc. You might not know me, but you may know my friend Lie Ren. He went out last night for a walk, but never came back home. He hasn't answered any calls and I'm getting worried.

This isn't like him at all. If you know where he is please let me know.

If you need a description he's got long black hair with a pink streak in the front.

I don't like the sound of that... there haven't been any scary shenanigans happening lately, but...

[But the last time Ren disappeared for awhile, it was because he was kidnapped, and she remembers that very acutely.]

Hang on, I'm gonna scan for him.

[Jaune has a nice view of the ceiling as the sound of a mirror shattering echoes.

Please hold while the navigator does her thing.]

[He was thinking about the same incident. Jaune had the same awful feeling in the pit of his stomach as back then.]

[Jaune was confused, but he stayed quiet and waited for Rise to do her thing. She was a close friend of Ren's so he trusted her.]

[Rise forgets who has and hasn't seen her persona yet, and since she's been training some with Ren she forgets that the rest of his teammates don't know. The wind dies down and Rise comes back into frame as she picks her comm back up, looking very frazzled.]

I can't sense him anywhere! It's like he's just... gone. I know him, I should be able to see him if he's anywhere on Lunatia or the moons-!

Did he... go home?

[It's a little bit later that Jaune finally gets back to her. His voice is hoarse and wavering.]

I spoke with the Moon Knights.

[With how grim it sounds it's clearly nothing good.]

Someone confessed to killing him. Death isn't permanent for us here, but Ren will take time to recover before he's back and he's going to remember dying.

Of all the times for him to die! Not even during a big dangerous fight with an octupus queen or something! What the hell?! I'm going to give him a piece of my mind when he comes back, I'm gonna put him on a leash! I'm- I'm-

[Going to break down crying]

[Don't you cry. He'll start crying again too.]

[All of them were definitely feeling the tragedy and it was better for them to get through this together.]

[Too late, she's crying.]

[Sniffles.]

When... when do you think he'll be back?

[Not for fear of getting hurt, but just to be able to comfort each other.]

It sounds like it'll be a couple weeks at least, but they didn't give me an exact day. You'll be the first one I tell when he's back.

[Not just because they're both dating Ren but also because she basically plans to be plastered to Jaune's side for the foreseeable future.]

[Ren had told her their other teammate had arrived. Rise smiles a little to herself, the sniffles quieting.]

I don't think I've had the pleasure. I hope she won't mind me moving in temporarily.

Don't worry I'll explain it to her and she'll understand.

[He relaxes a little himself.]

Really I think we'll both feel better for the company while we wait for Ren to recover.
