Um, Hi. My name is Jaune Arc. You might not know me, but you may know my friend Lie Ren. He went out last night for a walk, but never came back home. He hasn't answered any calls and I'm getting worried.

I spoke to the knights. Ren... someone killed him. The guy confessed and he's in custody.

[Changing to voice, huh? So, worse news times then or that's what she assumes. She won't admit worrying at all. The change in his voice also makes it pretty damn clear, that this won't be good news.]

Combination of timing and you already saying he confessed. I don't exactly come from a safe city and generally speaking, murder confessions don't happen so easily most of the time.
