Um, Hi. My name is Jaune Arc. You might not know me, but you may know my friend Lie Ren. He went out last night for a walk, but never came back home. He hasn't answered any calls and I'm getting worried.

This isn't like him at all. If you know where he is please let me know.

If you need a description he's got long black hair with a pink streak in the front.

[Jaune shook his head.]

He didn't say he was going anywhere specific. Sometimes he just goes for a walk to get some fresh air.

[Jaune's feeling a twisting mix of guilt and sadness at not going with Ren. There was no way he could know he would disappear though.]

I'm going to talk to the Moon Knights. I'll let you know what I find out.

[Her heart definitely goes out for him. Truth be told she's now feeling fairly guilty herself about not taking this a tad more seriously sooner.]

I'll check around with some of the locals at Prismaplace and the Groves. Maybe they've seen him.

[It's sometime later when Jaune finally gets back with Yang and he decided to send this via text.]

You can stop looking.

I went to the Moon Knights. They say a guy admitted to killing Ren. That's not permanent here, but he's probably going to remember what happened.

[Softly, but with a lot of feeling: Fuck.]

Are you at home? I'm coming over.

[She has questions. Many questions. But more than anything she's very concerned about Jaune right now.

Also regardless of what answer she gets back she is coming over to find him right now holy shit.]

[It's a simple reply, but he really does appreciate Yang's concern. Whenever she knocks on the door he'll come and answer. He looks as good as one might expect given the circumstances. Eyes red and looking pretty demoralized.

It wasn't as bad as if Ren was dead for good, but he's still not feeling great.]

[Once he opens the door, it only takes her one good look at him, barely getting out a soft "Hey" in greeting before she's stepping inside and opening her arms out to offer a hug.

It's not much but it's all she can offer right now.]

[Jaune doesn't even verbally respond, he just moves into the offered hug returning it tightly.]

[She'll envelope him in as best she can, which is tricky because for once somebody's taller and brawnier than she is. But it's a firm hug and she won't let go or step back until he wants her to.]

I'm so sorry Jaune.

[He stays there for a good long time. Jaune really needed this after everything. Eventually he does let go.]
