Well, I'm sixteen so I'm just wondering how many people are around the same age group as me? And most people consider eighteen to be an adult.

It's determined by how many years you've been alive, so I was born sixteen years ago thus I'm sixteen years old.

[Technically a lie, Asakura didn't exist until about four years ago. But she doesn't need to tell people that.]

I just turned 18 a few months ago... it's weird to think about, since the dates aren't the same.

I've seen a few other moonblessed teenagers around, especially since I started going to the academy.

I was planning to go to college back home [before the whole uprooting thing] so it helps me feel like my life didn't get completely thrown off course.

Everything under thirteen, because you are considered a teenager then when you're thirteen.

Well, it's been a good while since I've attended school.

And that's good. I think finding some kind of normalcy in this world can be very helpful.

i've been called that before though. i don't usually pay attention to things people call me unless it's something annoying.

why do you want to find others around your age/ does it matter that much/

Because I do need to make moonlacing partners and most adults prefer to do that with other adults, so I'm limited in that way.

Also, it's nice to know my peers.

what kind of moonlacing are you looking for/

I've mostly just done hand holding so far, and I'm not against hugging.

i don't think anyone's against hugging. no matter what age you are.

Some people are weird.

Also, I think they assume I mean sex when I mention moonlacing.

you could tell them you just want the other stuff.

i don't mind helping out either. if you're really worried about it. i'm usually low too.

I haven't been out of school for any real length of time since I started... but I guess you must have gotten used to being out of it.

I'm sure you could find some tutors to help you catch up, if you're worried about that.
