You know, something I've been wondering but... Just how many of us here are under the age of eighteen?

[Asakura thinks that maybe she should make some friends her own age, or age range.]

She'll take the offered hand and give it a shake, as she also smiles slightly as well.

"It was much easier than I thought it'd be," and she can't help but giggle a little. "Well it's more sailor suit inspired than an outright sailor suit, and your description of yourself was very accurate."

[terribletwos]

"It's actually how surprising how easy it is to find people through network descriptions. I've met up with a few people like this already." Which probably sounds much more questionable than it actually is. "Yeah? The only sailors I know are pirates. And they look a lot different."

"It probably also helps that we have a video option." Eh, questionable hook ups seem like something that will happen here. At least that's a thing Asakura thinks.

"Oh, I've never met a pirate before. Your world must be very interesting."

[terribletwos]

"Never used it." And never will. Him using the network at all is enough of an accomplishment, as much as he hates tech.

"It wasn't my world, actually. It was Neverland. Some guy named Hook was in charge of them. I think there's another world with them too. There's some good pirates there though." Details on that are still pretty fuzzy since it's a shared memory between him and Sora instead of just his own, like with Neverland.

Asakura would point out that sometimes tech can be useful, what with meeting people and such. And it could help with the low chroma too! But she's just going to absently nod, and be a little lost by the talk of Neverland and Hook.

"... That just sounds like something out of a fairy tale." Oh how on the target she is.

"Fairy tale?" Now there's a term Roxas has yet to encounter.

Ah, another thing she needs to explain. Like when she had to explain a cartoon once.

"Oh yes, like... A made-up story that's been told a lot over time?" Honestly, that's probably the simplest way she could put it.

[terribletwos]

"I thought made-up means something that's not real. Neverland is definitely real. I've been a lot of times. Axel too."

[force_a_change]

"Well, I did say it sounds like it's made-up. Not that I think it is actually made-up." She retorts with a smile, showing that she's not actually serious about the whole subject.

Roxas can get weirdly serious about these things, but he seems to let it go with her explanation. "Is that how it is on your world? You don't have pirates or things like that?"

[force_a_change]

She might just be noticing that with a few people, it must be the worlds they come from or something. So she's just going to be a bit careful with her words.

"There used to be pirates, but you don't normally run into the sail a boat types nowadays back home."

[terribletwos]

"We don't have a lot of that in Twilight Town either. I guess it's a bigger thing in certain worlds and not in others."

[force_a_change]

Just listening, like a good humanoid interfaceperson would.

"It looks like, thankfully I'm glad that pirates aren't a thing back home. At least not anymore."

[terribletwos]

"What were yours like?" Since the ones he knows are kind of bungling failures.

[force_a_change]

Hm, she has to think about this. Not being connected to the Data Overmind makes things like this a little bit harder, but she does recall something she read in a history book.

"From what was written about them, in history books, some were terrors of the seas. Making trade routes and such unsafe for normal sailors and such things."

[terribletwos]

"Maybe that's what the ones in Neverland are trying to do. They're just really bad at it. Anyway, I guess we didn't track each other down to talk about pirates, huh?"

[force_a_change]

"Maybe," she says with a giggle. "And true, we did not decide to meet just to discuss pirates and pirate related topics."

[terribletwos]

"So what kind of moonlacing are you comfortable with?" What is tact?

[force_a_change]

WHELP, this is before she's actually... Done the do, and they've just met sooooo.

"Oh well, I guess since we have just met hand-holding or hugs?" Perhaps they could get more risque as they become better friends, but for now, the simple stuff shall do.

[terribletwos]

Risque isn't usually where Roxas' mind goes. He scratches absently at his cheek. "I guess we can go for the hug since we already kind of did the hand-holding." And he needs more practice with this stuff anyway.

[force_a_change]

Neither does Asakura, at least not outside of shenanigans that is. "Alright then," and well, if he doesn't make the first move for a hug? She will, since there is no point in being coy about this.

Just two people having a hug.

She will probably have to be the initiator. He's kind of awkward at these things. But he does at least respond well enough, bringing his arms around her for a proper hug, albeit a bit stiff.

[force_a_change]

A hug is gotten, even if Roxas is a bit stiff about the whole thing. Asakura is just going to assume he's not used to a lot of physical contact and she won't keep the hug going for too long. Long enough to generate some Chroma, yes, but not so long as to become awkward.

[terribletwos]

Roxas rubs at an arm when she steps back. "Sorry, I'm trying to get more used to them. I know they generate more Chroma than just hand-holding. I just never really did things like this before coming here." Not so casually at least. "Maybe I should get some tips."

[force_a_change]

"It's okay," she says, with a smile. Not minding his awkwardness? "I think the best you can do is keep trying it until you're comfortable, at least with people you're comfortable with that is."

Because what tips can one give for something like touching? Other than don't do it to someone who doesn't want to be touched that is.
