Green and Yellow are here, but they're not at full capacity. I don't know the extent of what Yellow's got going on, but I think the abundance of chroma and demichroma are somehow messing with their systems.

There's a man that comes around every month or so that sells a bunch of interesting items. He has a set of chalk that I was able to use to summon Green.
