[ When the video cuts on, it's to the face of a smiling young woman in a soft pink dress in front of a backdrop of a wall of glowing crystals. She's glowing, too, or at least the little markings under her eyes are. A small family of pastel mice sit perched on her shoulders, two to a side, but apart from that quirk she looks very prim, even dainty. ]

Good evening, Lunatia. I hope this message finds you well. Now that the dragonsong has finallyabated, it seems the perfect time to introduce myself.

[ Since everyone isn't going crazy with lust for the moment, that she knows of. She's new, okay? Give her a month. ]

I am Princess Allura of the planet Altea, a Paladin of Voltron, and one of the founding members of the Voltron Coalition. Perhaps these things don't hold any meaning in a reality where Voltron--and maybe even Altea itself--never existed, but I imagine many here find themselves in a similar position.

[ The smallest mouse on her shoulder squeaks, distracting Allura long enough to pass her a tiny piece of fruit with a light chuckle. ]

At any rate, I am newly arrived here in Lunatia, and since it seems there's no telling if or when I'll be returned to my own reality, I hope to become better acquainted with this place and my fellow Moonblessed. What are some of the things you most enjoy about this world? What places would you recommend visiting?

Also, if anyone would be willing, I’d be thrilled to have a few sparring partners to help keep my skills sharp. Please let me know if you’re interested!

I doubt you'd be familiar with the things I grew up eating, but part of being an explorer is trying new things, isn't it? Tell me what your favorite dish is, and I'll try that.

[ When he asks after the mice, they all line up for the camera, and Allura points them out one by one. ]

This is Platt, and this is Chuchule. The smaller ones here are Plachu and Chulatt.

Tonkatsu, it's a breaded and fried pork cutlet. I've managed to find some places that make something pretty close if you wanna know about them.

[ he can't help but let out a chuckle at that ]

It sounds delicious. If you know of restaurants that serve something similar, then yes, I probably ought to sample it before I attempt cooking it without any point of reference. Is it... just a piece of meat or does it come with side dishes as well?

[ The mice squeak again, and even do little poses. They're quite entertaining creatures. ]

They like to show off. They've even been practicing a few acrobatics routines.

Yeah, let me get the names and places and I'll send them to you in a second. There's meat, rice and a bit of salad usually.

[ he chuckles more at the mice ]

Oh? I'd love to see that.

That sounds filling. I'm already committed to trying "pizza" for my next meal, but I'll have this next, I think.

[ When Sousuke says he'd like to see one of their routines, the mice leap into action, doing tiny somersaults and little back flips with surprising agility for rodents. The larger ones throw the smaller ones up into the air where they strike fanciful poses, until finally they all climb into a pyramid formation and give squeaks that would certainly translate to a "tadaaa!" Allura claps, delighted as always. ]

Pizza's really good! Make sure you get one with lots of meat on it.

[ but he'll quickly shut up and watch the mice do their thing. he watches, smile on his face, and quickly claps too when they finish ]
