[It's a video that's been pre-recorded, given there's a few cuts here and there and some cute text, but overall it's largely one take. Ayer, Minato's boyfriend, is the cameraman.]

Ever heard of a Puppuccino?

[It starts off with Minato setting down a cup holder with four drinks, text appearing over the cups naming which drink belonged to who: one for Ayer (coffee that's actually Minato's), one for Minato (fruity tea that's actually for Ayer shh, it's secret), and the two smaller cups say Koromaru and Mochi, followed by "Puppucinos! Puppy + Capuccino"

This is where a cut happens and now Minato is kneeling down on the ground, holding the two small cups out and due to some bizarre finagling of the animals, ends up with his arms crossed while holding them. Koromaru, the albino shiba, and Mochi, the samoyed, are both happily lapping up the drinks.

What's startling to see for those who might know Minato, he's actually laughing!]

Is it good, you two?

[The video then cuts to Mochi and then Koromaru, who by now has his muzzle almost buried completely in the cup!]

E-Easy! It's not going anywhere. You guys are going to eat the cup at this rate...


Ahh, I'm going to have to clean your faces...

[There's a small time lapse, both the dogs have somewhat cleaner faces but they're still trying to get to the last of the drink. Eventually, Minato is sitting properly on the ground and cups are cut slightly to allow them to get to the very last drop! By the time they're just licking cup that has been licked clean, Minato hands them to Ayer who is still unseen (except his bandaged hand taking the empty cups) and soon, Minato has two dogs pressing their messy faces against his own, sniffing and licking as though wondering if there were more anywhere else!]

Ack! Koro-chan-! Mochi!

[The video wisely ends there as it's clear that Ayer moved in to help. For those who know Ayer, they would see his bandaged hands just before the cut. Just like in the beginning, text appears again.]

They sell these in Amegahara if anyone else wants to give it a try. Koromaru and Mochi have given their seal of approval!

[Followed by a picture of said dogs with happy puppuccino faces (i.e. before Minato and Ayer cleaned them off)!]

I don't see why not...different ingredients, maybe a lactose-free cream and they'd be good to go.

The question becomes more - will cats actually drink it on camera?

[ Ah, is that Ayer? He swaps the video on, so he can wave enthusiastically. ]

Such noble and endearing creatures. They seem to enjoy the "puppucinos" quite a bit. Ayer had neglected to mention he had been helping to care for them when last we spoke. Please do not mind me. I am a member of his crew and a companion from his world.

[Minato isn’t quite as comfortable with video as he is with text, but he does make sure Ayer isn’t looking for right now. The guy gets so easily embarrassed sometimes!]

Koromaru is from my world, actually. And I believe Mochi belonged to someone else who had gone home.

I am. We have known one another for quite some time and work together at the cafe as well. As the familiar adage goes, any friend of Ayer's is a friend of mine. It is a pleasure to meet you.

[Into the frame comes a massive black dog with horns and so much fluff. He snuffles loudly into the microphone in greeting before Kanji laughs and wrestles him a bit away.]

Do they come in extra large? I think mine'd eat the cup, holder n' all!

I didn’t ask for a size, so I think that’s standard but I’m sure if you show them Ranger, they’ll put it in a bigger cup.

[So much fluff! He’s like a big black cloud. It reminds him of Mochi who is still growing, although Samoyed likely don’t reach Ranger’s size. So fluffy though...]

What kind of dog is Ranger?

I don't even think he's a DOG dog, what with the horns and fire breath. I think the guy that sold the crystal ball he comes out of to me called him a 'familiar'.

I got it at that shop that pops up before Sanguis.

Did you need to get a bigger place or a ground floor apartment before getting two dogs?

I didn't think I'd be a dog person, but I've been thinking about them a lot lately. Don't think we have the room for a big dog, though.

Depends on the dog, some are okay with smaller spaces. Ayer says Mochi was in a small apartment before. The place we picked here in Amegahara is bigger than an apartment, though. So I think there’s still enough space. He goes running with Ayer in the mornings to also let out some energy. Koromaru is small so he doesn’t need much space.

I don't know the first thing about dogs, honestly. I've never had a pet before. I just think they're cute.

The concern for me isn't so much physical space, either, but I worry Galo would want to roughhouse with whatever dog we get and knock over all our furniture.

They do! It's apparently on a secret menu. I found it by chance and decided to give it a try.

[Ren still doesn't look great after what happened to him last month, but he's recovered and the marks from Akira have finally faded. Most of what's left is mental. But he doesn't really know Minato so he doesn't mind showing up on video here.

Especially since there's a big Norwegian Elkhound panting happily next to him.]

[He looks over at the dog with a tired smile, scratching at his neck.]
