Greetings. If you do not know me, my name is Hanzo Shimada.

In light of recent events I have been more thoroughly considering starting a business to provide paid chroma replenishment services. For those who were left drained and suffering caring for dragon eggs due to lack of companionship, this would provide services to provide them with chroma to avoid depletion for a small percentage of chroma generated as payment.

Additionally these services may also be used by those who are looking for companionship further than hugging and hand holding for whatever reasons. We will not ask. I plan to have clientele remain anonymous if they so decide.

In order for something of this nature to be plausible I would need to know if there is any demand for such services and if there are any moonblessed among us that would be interested in employment as sex workers. You would be paid well, protected, and treated fairly. No one will have to take on clients that they, for any legitimate reason, are uncomfortable with.

[He leans back a bit casually in his seat instead of being rigid and upright. His father would be ashamed of his manners but made proud by Hanzo's initiative, so he briefly offers a smile as he moves stray strands of hair from his face.]

As stated before, I understand this topic may be taboo for some, so you are free to leave feedback publicly or anonymously. Could you support a business venture like this? Would you be willing to do work that is necessary but not necessarily easy? Let me know your thoughts, good or bad. All feedback is welcome.

how are you gonna generate any business using a model like this, exactly?

we all generate the energy intrinsically, right? why would anyone pay to generate it? they'd be losing chroma to gain chroma...??

you could probably make more of a profit just spooning with someone for eight hours.

I'm sure there would be many who are thankful for a place to simply go and know what will be expected of them as well as those they employ. If anything ever happens, I hope you know you can call me. I will do what I can for whatever may come to pass for your employees or those they may need protection from; I'm sure you'll take good care of them, but that's not to say the guest you throw out won't be injured, as well. And by then I'm sure they'll have learned their lesson.

( Her tone turns up a bit at the end with her teasing, a little lighter now. But she means it; she wouldn't be able to help him with the business nor would she be interested in "working" for him, but he will always have her aid if he needs it. Having a doctor on call may help assuage anyone who wishes to help others for a wage, as well. )

[Of course marketing a business as chroma replenishment services sounds much better than the alternative, but it would provide more chroma for those who aren't in need of replenishment but just want moonlacing partners for fun. Hanzo would rather avoid the moral nonsense all together.]

That is true, yet it is truly accurate to call it a service here? Both parties benefit mutually from the act- why should it not be offered for free when the result is a boon for all involved?

I am afraid I do not understand your confusion. Perhaps I can break it down this way. A person would pay 10% (for example) of chroma generated and keep the 90% for themselves. The employees are getting their full 100% of chroma and a percentage of that 10% as pay. Using currency that you can understand. Paying 1,000 yen to generate 9,000 yen worth of chroma for yourself and another 10,000 yen of chroma for the employee you may be paired with works out for everyone involved does it not?

Intrinsically would suggest you could do so without companionship, which is not true. You need another moonblessed to moonlace with to make chroma.

People would pay to generate it for a number of reasons. The first being not wanting to spoon with anyone for 8 hours. I can only speak for myself but I am probably not the only one who feels this way, but I would rather do something fast for 20 minutes to generate the same amount of chroma than doing something uncomfortable for 8 hours.

It seems you may be assuming all moonblessed enjoy spooning or hand holding which is not the case. And those with busy schedules may not be able to spare 8 hours spooning. If you are and it works for you then I am happy, these services would not be necessary for someone like you.

I understand on its face it seems an unsavory business to engage in, but I do think it would do more good than harm in the long run. Additionally I need something to put my time into. Training all day would drive me crazy.

I cannot make any guarantees to you, my friend, but I do not think the potential population who would use this resource are at all interested in romance or love. If that is their prerogative, they would seek out pleasure the old fashioned way by meeting people and dating.

I have nothing against true love or finding romantic partners, but this is not that. This is for those who would like additional chroma or physical pleasure, and it would come at a cost.

I think it simplifies rather than complicates. Suppose you meet someone and they do not want to pursue a physical relationship with you in the moment, what other choices are there? I would think this might become useful in situations such as that.

Are you suggesting a charity? If you would like to offer yourtime and body to strangers in need free of charge I fully support you in this venture and would be one of the first in line to be mutually benefitted by you, my friend.

It is a service because initiating the act, having a place to perform the act takes time, energy, and costs money, Zenyatta. If a person is not able to get it for free (which I am sure is a route they will try before having to pay to generate chroma) then they need not come.

If they are unable to moonlace for "free" with others and are desperate for more than handholding then why not offer them this choice? I think it is important to remember that it is a choice. No one is forced to do anything, it is merely another option.

Yes, I plan to do more research about the type of business space that I would need for this. There are many brothels but they are all for Prismals. I would open mine for Moonblessed seeking more intimate moonlacing activities. Rather than the way Prismals use theirs primarily for sex as they are unable to generate chroma from the act themselves.

Sex, along with food and money and status, is one of those things that people have always wanted and always will want. So, if someone’s supplying it, people’ll be demanding it.

Definitely. It doesn't hurt to consider how they run their businesses though despite the difference.
